We’re seeking talented and self-motivated candidate to join our accounting team.

Locations:

• San Jose, California, US (Salary Range: $75k—$350k USD)

Responsibilities:

• Accounting Management: Lead all accounting-related aspects, including drafting financial statements, managing regulatory filings, and coordinating with auditors. Perform regular tests of internal controls. Remediate any weaknesses identified during audits.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP. Manage periodic reporting, and serve as a key liaison with external auditors.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Design and implement a robust internal control environment to comply with SOX Section 404. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with SEC, FASB, and PCAOB regulations. Identify and mitigate accounting and financial risks.
• Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing accounting team. Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Public accounting experience (Big Four preferred) and in-house experience at a public or pre-IPO company.
• Strong background in SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP.
• Deep knowledge of SOX compliance, technical accounting, and SEC regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams through IPO processes.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and external advisors.
