Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates with specialized skills in the autonomous driving or related industries.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and technical requirements, craft personalized recruitment plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including writing engaging job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring decisions while maintaining a high standard for skills, innovation, and cultural alignment.
- Continuously refine recruitment workflows to improve candidate experience, streamline operations, and reduce time-to-hire while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in technical recruiting with a strong track record of successfully filling diverse technical roles, such as AI, Deep Learning, Software Engineering, Data Science, and Infrastructure.
- In-depth understanding of technical skills, tools, and emerging trends within the AI and software development ecosystem.
- Experience recruiting for AI technologies, deep learning, or software development platforms is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to connect with candidates on both technical and personal levels, building trust and fostering long-term professional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
